Driving Directions from Yeager Airport (CRW) in Charleston, WV

  1. Start out by going South on AIRPORT RD (the only way you CAN go) which then merges onto Greenbrier St. Distance this step: 1.3 miles
  2. Continue South (keep straight up huge hill) on Greenbrier St. until you come to I-64/77. For reference, this is Exit #99 "State Capital Greenbrier St." Distance this step: 1.7 miles
  3. Stay in left lane to turn LEFT to take the I-64 East/I-77 South ramp towards BECKLEY.
  4. You are now on I-64E & I-77S, which turns into the West Virginia Turnpike toll road. Distance this step: 30.4 miles
  5. Take Exit #60 "Rt. 612 Mossy Oak Hill". Distance this step: 0.1 miles
  6. At the end of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto BISHOP RNCH. Distance this step: 0.2 miles
  7. Pass under the interstate and turn RIGHT onto PAINT CREEK RD/WV-612. Go straight towards Oak Hill. Exxon gas station is on your left as you begin this segment. Pass under RR tressel and through a 4-way intersection. Distance this step: 8.2 miles
  8. Turn LEFT onto US-19N (4 lanes wide). River Expeditions (BASE jumper headquarters) is approximately 5 miles North. Fayetteville, WV is directly South of the New River Gorge Bridge on Rt. 19N. Distance this step: 8.4 miles
