Parking for Jumpers

Dirty Ernies Rib Pit often holds 85+ parking spaces for jumpers who show their ID badge before 8AM on Bridge Day morning. Many businesses and homeowners in this area offer paid parking and this is the perfect location to quickly get onto the bridge and retrieve new gear on subsequent jumps. Dirty Ernies is located near the first intersection South of the bridge (Rt. 19 and Keller Ave.), which is also a bus/van stopping point. Jumpers can also park along Rt. 19 at authorized locations or simply ride our buses and vans to/from the Holiday Lodge Oak Hill. See the bus/van schedule for details. When trying to reach Dirty Ernies after 7AM, turn right on Court Street (Tudor's Biscuit World is on the corner). Proceed through two stop lights then turn left on Fayette Ave. Travel straight on Fayette Avenue for nearly one mile until you come to a "T". Turn left onto Hresan Blvd and Dirty Ernies is approximately 1/4 mile on your left. The bridge is closed to traffic from 7am-5pm. If this all sounds confusing, note that we're confused as well.
