Skydiving

Skydive NRG, owned by Bridge Day BASE jumper Larry LeMaster, is bringing skydiving for experienced and inexperienced jumpers to Bridge Day at the New River Gorge Airport (3 miles Northeast of the New River Gorge Bridge). Tandem skydives will be available for those wanting to make their first skydive (no experience required). Video of your jump is also available. Visit the Skydive NRG web site for further information and prices. You can also contact Larry Lemaster at (606)923-7475 with your questions.

There will be a Bridge Day Boogie from Oct 11-20, 2013. Jump ships will be a C-182 and possibly an Otter. If no Otter, than a Caravan or PAC 750 will be available. Weekends times are basically daylight to dark. Weekdays are about noon till dark (earlier if need be). They might even do some night jumps if anyone is interested. So everyone should bring their strobe lights and Larry will have chem lights. Plenty of wingsuit jumps, tandem jumps, fun jumps...and much more. Check out their event post on Facebook, Extreme Sports Weekend (Skydive NRG and Larry Lemaster). If you're ever in the NRG area and need a local BASE jumper to jump with, please contact Larry.

Beyond Bridge Day week, we recommend Tri-State Skydivers and Skydive Pennsylvania for anyone who wants to learn how to skydive in the West Virginia area.
