| The BASE Gear Trade Show is a Bridge Day tradition with 10-15 vendors and hundreds of BASE jumpers in attendance each year. If you're looking for a last minute 42" pilot chute, T-shirts, or you want to check out the latest in BASE pin rigs and wingsuits, you'll find them at the BASE Gear Trade Show. Vendor booths are available starting July 1 at 2pm EDT (18:00 GMT) for the BASE Gear Trade Show that will take place at the Holiday Inn in Oak Hill, West Virginia on October 18-19, 2007. Table locations are selected by several criteria, but we will attempt to place BASE-related companies in the main conference room (everyone usually receives one of their requested booth locations). The following diagram shows the available vendor booths available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All booth locations will provide for more than adequate traffic, as the Holiday Inn is generally packed full of jumpers all weekend. Vendor booth includes at least one table and two chairs, but additional tables are often available. Jump slots are not included with trade show booths. Prices shall remain the same at $100 per booth for the entire duration of the trade show.
Vendors can request hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Oak Hill or Quality Inn New River during registration. Rooms are guaranteed if requested during registration before July 27. Vendor names will then be put onto a list and provided to the respective hotel. Between August 1-7, vendors can call the Holiday Inn Oak Hill or Quality Inn New River and reserve their room with a credit card.
